• Total project management – Working with you to develop the scope of the project, getting bids, managing contractors and vendors, and providing regular project oversight with updates to you.
• Labor oversight – Providing oversight and management of your existing workers and regular operations.
• Property management – Performing regular property and building inspections for anything out of the ordinary. Developing and managing seasonal and scheduled maintenance work.
• Property hardening – Putting together a preparedness strategy for your property and structures to help eliminate risk during weather events or natural disasters, namely fire. This includes developing and executing a fuels management plan for your property; potentially utilizing grazing, shaded fuel breaks, and burn piles or prescribed burns as necessary.
• Emergency response – Responding to the unplanned. From broken water lines, to downed trees or power lines, drivers coming off the roadway onto your property, or natural disasters on or near your property. This includes coordinating neighborhood resources, and/or emergency responder responses on larger events. And verifying that essential services keep operating during PSPS and weather related events.
• Security – Keeping an eye on your place to ensure safety and security in your absence. 24/7 monitoring and response available.
• Varmint control – Helping to keep your place clear of unwanted varmints, including bears, coyotes, pigs, ground squirrels (and other rodents), and bees and yellowjackets. Also relocating rattlesnakes as necessary. Passive or direct responses as needed.
